Tigerpress: Free wordpress theme from Smashing Magazine


Smashing Magazine did it again. The guys at Smashing Magazine always provide quality content. Every now and then they hire professional designers and design really good looking wordpress themes and release it to their readers for free.

Just few days after they released their previous theme wordpress.fun theme, again today Smashing Magazine has released a quality wordpress theme Tigerpress.

The main goal behind the design was to create a unique, distinctive, yet simple and user-friendly blog design which emphasizes the content and provides a clear navigation. The theme was designed by Rui Marques from Portugal together with the editorial team for Smashing Magazine and its readers.

      A nice looking theme, but it looks similar to another theme I’ve come across - I can’t remember the name right off the bat, but it did have a 2 to 3 column option.

      Thanks for the comment Susan. Yes it looks a bit familiar. I guess it looks similar to the iTheme by n.design studio.
