Stonehenge Robot Clock

We are in the Generation of robots i guess. Every week, we see new, different and interesting robots. Some are good, interesting and some are weird like this Stonehenge robot.

Segatoys has a latest addition to their Dream Pet series. A small and cute furry hamster that will move you hold them on your hands. This will be available in Japan on August 8th for around $11.

Handy the robotic arm makes the job easier

The guys at spot Industries has named this robotic arm “Handy”.

They are planning to release the first model into the market in the next 2years. The whole equipment set weighs less than 7Kg and can be folded and fit into a briefcase very easily.

Space robots to make their own decision by 2020

By year 2020 scientists are planning to release robots that will make decisions on their own and explore the universe for us.

Wolfgang Fink, a physicist and senior researcher at the California Institute of Technology says that researchers are working on spacecrafts that will operate autonomously and collect data and make quick decisions about what needs to be investigated when they pass a particular area.

Robot sea bream

Though the guy holding the fish looks like a chef getting ready to make the customer’s order, it’s actually a real fish like robot.

Engineers at the University of Kitakyushu University has developed this underwater survey robot that looks good enough to fry. “Tai-robot-kun,” a 7-kilogram (15.4 lb) robotic sea bream (red snapper) with a silicone body covered in realistically hand-painted scales, features a unique propulsion system that allows it to move its tail and drift silently through the water like a real fish.
